Sandburg Songs: Song Cycle for Baritone and Piano

"Sandburg Songs" represents a different sort of composition for me. It is a pastiche of mostly brand new music, but also some old musical ideas, both from my own oeuvre, and also from the pen of Ottorino Respighi. Pan-diatonicism is contrasted with chromatically rich harmonies and melodies.
